When you contact us or place an order, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, shipping details, and any gift message you write. That's it — we don't collect anything we don't need to respond to you or deliver a basket.
To fulfill orders, answer inquiries, and — only if you ask us to — keep you posted about Lowcountry Pantry. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Gift messages are printed on your gift tag and read only as needed to produce it. They are not used for anything else.
Your cart is stored locally in your own browser so it's there when you return. We don't run advertising trackers.
When online ordering goes live, payment will be handled by a payment processor and delivery by shipping carriers, each governed by their own privacy policies. The map on our Makers page loads from a third-party map provider. Links to our makers' own websites take you to sites we don't control.
